What a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the attractions and great restaurants nearby. The service was impeccable, the staff were friendly and attentive to every detail, making me feel like a VIP. The basic amenities were spot on, and the breakfast spread was simply amazing, with fresh breads, marmalades, coffee and teas. I especially loved the lovely garden surrounding the spacious, nicely furnished room. It was like living in a dream! From one of the reviews: "There were donkeys, chickens, cats, dogs on the property and as an animal lover we enjoyed staying on the 10 acre property. Very memorable experience.
Can't think of a single thing that would have made my stay better. Everything was absolutely perfect!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in a beautiful medieval setting. The hotel was located just 100 meters away from the UNESCO world heritage site, Hadrian's Villa. This proximity allowed me to easily explore the historical sites and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding area. I was also delighted to discover that there were several excellent restaurants nearby, offering delicious local cuisine. The hotel itself had a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, with attentive staff who made me feel at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing all the basic amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, setting me up for a day of exploration in the area.
All was well, with no major issues to note.

Spent Easter in a historical building from 152 AD, surrounded by donkeys, cats, dogs, and chickens on a 10-acre property. The owners were very friendly and helped us with our luggage, speaking German, English, and Italian. The extensive breakfast was served on the terrace, offering fresh fruits picked from the garden and excellent coffee.
To access the room on the top floor, we had to go up a narrow spiral staircase, and the bathroom was outside, down a few steps on the same staircase. Inconvenient for people with mobility issues or tall guests.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
